Become A Teaching Artist Sponsor

 

Your Teaching Artist Sponsor donation provides much needed support to fund accredited professional working musicians who give their time to our students and community! Please help to fund these professional connections for our youth!

MAP Music Mentors are accredited Teaching Professionals and musicians in local Film, Concert and Recording industries who teach 14 disciplines of music aligned with VAPA standards, including Choral/Trumpet/Trombone/ Tuba/Horns/Sax/ Clarinet/Flute/World Percussion/Bass/ Cello/Viola/Violin and Piano.They lead collaborative workshops sharing personal stories and professional experiences using music as a catalyst for personal cultural expression, fellowship and healing. The cultural demography of the MAP Teaching Artists represent over 15 different nationalities all with personal cultural roots in Los Angeles communities.

Your one time donation of $500 receives:

  • A live acknowledgement as Artist Sponsor before and after artist’s performances.
  • A business Card-size ad.
  • Logo inclusion on website and all printed materials & all event E-blasts.
  • Recognition at Virtual and Live events and on our newsletter, website and Facebook, Twitter, Instagram pages.
  • No event tickets are included.

Ways to Donate

Support MAP One Time or Monthly

Your support helps MAP provide tuition-free music education programs (aligned with VAPA standards) to marginalized youth, schools and their communities that are combatting the racial disparity and digital divide of the communities they live in.

 

Instrument Sponsor

By supporting MAP’s ADOPT AN INSTRUMENT program you help repair or replace broken instruments in middle and high schools in the Burbank Unified School District and Los Angeles Unified School District. Your donations go directly to this initiative, ensuring that the needs of any instrument repairs are met. Please choose the instrument you would like to support!

Sheet Music Sponsor

Your donation supplies sheet music to Jazz, Orchestra & Choir classes with a matching donation from Musicians at Play.

Adopt-A-Class & Adopt-A-School/Community

By ADOPTING A CLASS or SCHOOL you provide students in need with music instruction education and MAP will match your donation amount!
